Overview The Sales Coordinator will own recent customer acquisition and the ongoing management of the accounts you win: identifying prospects, making first contact, following up sample book recipients and inbound enquiries, converting them to first orders, and growing them into repeat customers.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a qualified prospect list across target segments (food and beverage producers, cosmetics, logistics, manufacturing SMBs) in ANZ

- Run structured outbound calling and email cadences to generate quote and sample requests

- Follow up all sample book distributions and inbound leads within one business day

- Convert prospects to first orders; escalate pricing exceptions per the pricing framework

- Own the accounts you convert; prompt reorders, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain contact rhythm, and protect revenue retention

- Maintain accurate pipeline and account records: contact history, stage, next action, forecast

- Feed market intelligence (competitor pricing, lost-deal reasons, product gaps)

- Align outbound activity with marketing campaigns and promotions

Skills

- Outbound B2B sales or business development with demonstrated cold-calling resilience and evidence of targets met

- Experience selling into food and beverage producers, cosmetics, or manufacturing SMBs highly regarded

- Disciplined CRM and pipeline hygiene

- Confident computer skills across CRM, email and Microsoft Office;

- Experience supporting outbound sales, marketing campaigns, business development, or program coordination across diverse industry sectors, including manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, and consumer products.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
