Ray White Colac | Full time or flexible work hours available

A varied role across sales administration, marketing, client service and office support.

We’re looking for a highly organised, polished and proactive person to join our growing team at Ray White Colac. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, likes being busy and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll support our sales team while helping manage the marketing and presentation of our business.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting our sales team with day-to-day administration.
- Managing and promoting our office and people through Social Media
- Coordinating property listings, documentation and marketing campaigns.
- Creating and scheduling social media and digital content.
- Preparing agent profiles, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Managing front-of-house reception.
- Maintaining databases, registers and property information.
- Coordinating marketing suppliers, bookings and campaign requirements.
- Assisting with events, local marketing and general office administration.

About You

You’ll be organised, confident and proactive,



with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in administration, reception, marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence with digital platforms and systems.
- Basic design/content skills, ideally Canva.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- A practical attitude and willingness to get things done.

Real estate experience is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, switched-on and willing to roll up their sleeves and become an important part of our team.
