The Sales Coordinator at SURE supports the daily operations across allocated areas in Australia. This dynamic role involves managing the booking process for customer inquiries, ensuring seamless service delivery for franchisees and Head Office. You’ll handle inbound inquiries (via phone, email, webform, or web chat), provide clear and accurate service and pricing information, and skillfully convert leads into confirmed inspection bookings.

Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager, or where allocated, the Team Leader.

This is an entry level position and is suited to applicants that may have frontline customer service experience, call center experience or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Receive customer enquiries and convert to bookings

● Enter customer details into database

● Maintain up to date product/service knowledge

● Maintain a high standard of customer service

● Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

● Identify and report continuous improvement opportunities

● Adhere to company processes, procedures and policies





● Additional tasks as requested by us

Essential Skills/Experience/Criteria

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Computer literate and able to adapt to new systems

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
