About the Role

Cipher Solutions is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales and business development team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys communicating with clients, finding new opportunities, following up leads and supporting the sales process.

You will work closely with management and our operations team to help develop new business opportunities across commercial, aged care, healthcare, education, government and other facility service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Make outbound calls and introduce Cipher Solutions' services to prospective clients
- Follow up sales leads, enquiries and previous quotations
- Send introductory and follow-up emails to prospective clients
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM/database
- Schedule meetings and site inspections for the Business Development team
- Assist with preparing quotations, proposals and capability information
- Follow up submitted proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Research upcoming tenders and contract opportunities
- Assist with LinkedIn and other business development activities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, opportunities and follow-ups




- Work closely with Operations and Management to support client onboarding
- Provide general sales and administrative support when required

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and qualified on the phone
- A strong communicator with good written English
- Proactive and comfortable approaching new clients
- Organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email and CRM/database systems
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Sales, customer service, administration or business development experience is preferred

Experience within facility management, commercial cleaning, construction, aged care, healthcare or B2B services would be an advantage but is not essential.
