About the role:

We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst to take charge of dealership reporting, data analysis and performance insights across the National Sales Department. Working closely with Senior Managers and state and national offices, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful information supports business performance and decision-making.

This role requires a full-time, on-site presence at our Mulgrave office, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual dealership performance reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems, databases, and Power BI dashboards for the National Sales Department.
- Prepare data, insights, and presentations for national, state, and senior management stakeholders.
- Oversee demonstrator and courtesy vehicle programs, including related payments.
- Support variable marketing budgets, payment processing, and other National Sales Department reporting requirements.

About You:





You are a highly organised and customer-focused data expert with strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills. You take pride in delivering high-quality results on time with the ability to manage priorities independently and provide excellent service.

To be successful, you will have:

- A completed bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- High-level competency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, SSAS, SSRS and SharePoint
- Highly developed numeracy and data analysis skills, including SQL and VBA
- Customer-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to produce high quality and timely results under minimal supervision
