What You’ll Be Doing

- Take ownership of the phone - high-volume, high-quality outreach
- Qualify prospects and book strong meetings
- Communicate value clearly and persuasively
- Work closely with marketing to sharpen targeting
- Track and improve your performance in HubSpot
- Hit targets, exceed them, and get rewarded for it

Who This Is For

We’re looking for

Experienced:

- 1+ year in outbound sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales)
- Agency or SaaS background = a big plus
- A confident communicator
- Goal-focused and money-motivated

- Coachable and competitive

- Resilient under pressure
