What you'll own

- Your sales target, with KPIs on sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
- Outbound prospecting by phone to open new opportunities
- Converting provided leads into orders
- Growing your customer base and keeping it buying
- A clean pipeline in HubSpot, so your forecast is one we can trust

The challenge: this is a phone-first, target-driven seat.



If you're energised by cold calls and a leaderboard, you'll love it. If you're not, this isn't the role.

You'll fit if you

- Have 2+ years in B2B sales with a documented record of hitting or beating target
- Cold prospect by phone without needing to be pushed
- Write and speak clearly, and look after customers after the sale
- Are self-driven and make things happen on your own initiative
- Are confident with CRMs, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

Highly regarded: gym or fitness equipment knowledge, HubSpot or NetSuite, B2C sales experience, a passion for fitness, and a sense of humour. Full time, Monday to Friday, based at our Clayton office [hybrid available for the right candidate]. Occasional weekend work may be required. You'll need to be available for the two-week Gold Coast onboarding. Australian work rights required.
