Superior Aviation is a trusted supplier of aviation parts and consumables to operators, maintenance organisations and industry across Australia. We're opening a new branch in Perth, and we're looking for a hands-on Sales Lead to get it off the ground and grow it.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We need a genuine all-rounder who can win and manage sales, support day-to-day operations, and roll up their sleeves in the warehouse when the job calls for it. If you like variety, ownership and building something from the ground up, this is it.

Reporting to the head office, you'll have full responsibility for all Western Australian sales — its customers, its people and its performance. On any given day you might be quoting a customer in the morning, sorting a freight issue at lunch, and picking and packing an urgent order before it ships in the afternoon.

What you'll be doing:

- Driving sales — building relationships with recent and existing customers, quoting, following up and growing the branch's revenue
- Utilizing data and customer feedback to improve product offerings
- Managing supplier and freight relationships to keep orders moving
- Supporting branch operations day to day, keeping things efficient, safe and on schedule
- Assisting the warehouse — receiving, stock control,



inventory accuracy and dispatch when volumes are high or the team is stretched
- Building, leading and mentoring the branch team as it grows
- Comply with and be a champion for Work Health and Safety responsibilities
- Comply with relevant CASA approved procedures

About you:

- Proven experience in sales, branch management or operations (aviation, parts, industrial or a related supply/distribution industry is a strong advantage)
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills, with a track record of growing accounts
- A genuine “get your hands dirty” attitude — happy to jump on the floor and pick, pack and ship when needed
- Sound understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
- Well organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with the systems side — quoting, stock and basic reporting
- Current WA driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain)

This role will include some travel to customers and will be entitled to the annual sales bonus based on the annual performance of the company. We also have some flexibility to work from home.
