KB7 CARE is an integrated and community health-care, seeking an experienced sales professional to grow awareness of our services and develop new business opportunities across the healthcare and community services sector.

You will take ownership of outreach, relationship development, presentations and sales follow-up. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with our marketing and Operations teams.

What you will do

- Develop and carry out a business development plan for KB7 CARE.
- Identify opportunities across healthcare, disability services, aged care and community services.
- Build qualified relationships through outreach, meetings and industry events.
- Deliver presentations that accurately explain KB7 CARE’s services.
- Manage enquiries and opportunities from first contact through to handover.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach activities.
- Report on meetings, opportunities, pipeline progress and results.
- Confirm service suitability and capacity with Operations before making any commitment.

What you will bring





- At least two years’ sales or business development experience in healthcare, disability services, aged care or community health.
- A record of building professional relationships and generating new business.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Confidence managing a CRM and reporting on a sales pipeline.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Sound judgment, professionalism and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Ability to travel to approved meetings across Melbourne.
- Any worker screening clearance required for the position, or the ability to obtain it before undertaking relevant duties.

Service decisions and support worker introductions are handled by KB7 CARE’s Operations team. This position focuses on sales and business development.
