The Role n

We are seeking experienced Dental Assistants to join our growing team. This role is best suited to applicants who are confident working in a busy clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- n

Chairside assistance to dentists, OHTs, and hygienists

n
- n

Instrument sterilisation and adherence to infection control protocols

n
- n

Managing lab work pick-ups and drop-offs

n
- n

Assisting with impressions and fabrication of bleaching trays/splints (training provided if required)

n
- n

Preparing and stocking surgeries at the start of each day

n
- n





End-of-day waste management

n
- n

Cleaning and maintaining surgeries as per roster

n
- n

Occasional phone handling and basic software use (EXACT or Oasis preferred, not essential)

n

About You n

This role is not suitable for entry-level or trainee applicants . You will ideally have:

n

- n

Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia

n
- n

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred) or willingness to complete

n
- n

Strong understanding of infection control standards

n
- n

A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and clear communication skills

n
- n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n
- n

Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR

n
- n

COVID vaccination completed or willingness to complete prior to commencement

n
