Margin Finance is a mortgage brokerage based in Moonee Ponds. We help clients across all types of residential lending, from first home buyers and upgraders to refinancers and property investors, with strategic advice and well-structured finance. The role

As our Client Service Manager, you'll work under our Credit Analyst and take client files from ApplyOnline submission through to formal approval. You'll also play a key part in onboarding new clients, making sure every file starts well and moves quickly.

This role focuses on getting deals approved. You won't be responsible for settlements.

What you'll do

- Onboard new clients, then collect, check and follow up on their documents
- Prepare and submit loan applications through ApplyOnline
- Work closely with the Credit Manager to obtain conditional and formal approvals
- Respond promptly to lender requests and manage approval conditions
- Liaise with lender BDMs, assessors and support teams to keep files moving
- Keep client records and file notes accurate in MyCRM
- Keep clients informed and confident at every stage





What you'll bring

- At least 1 year of experience working for a mortgage broker (essential)
- Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline (essential)
- A solid understanding of the loan application and approval process
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files at once
- Clear, professional communication with clients and lenders
- A team-first attitude
- MyCRM experience (highly regarded)
