With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service and tailored property solutions, the business is continuing to expand and is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its investment team.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets and looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.
The Role:
As the Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for connecting with warm leads generated through digital marketing, understanding their investment goals and booking qualified appointments with the Buyer’s Advocate team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and qualifying warm leads generated through digital marketing.
- Booking an average of 3–4 qualified appointments per day with the Buyer’s Advocate team.
- Following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
- Working closely with the Buyer’s Advocate team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
About You:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting or a phone-based sales role.
- A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or relevant real estate qualification.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with a high volume of prospective clients.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
What's On Offer:
- $70K package including super.
- OTE of approximately $100K per year.
- $50–$100 commission per qualified meeting.
- Achieve 16+ qualified meetings in a month and all qualified meetings for that month are paid at $100 each.
- $200 commission per sale generated from appointments you have booked.
- Warm leads generated through digital marketing.
- Clear career progression to become a Buyer’s Advocate within 12–18 months.
