We're currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Ovolo The Valley.

What's the role?
You'll be part of a agile team delivering exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, events and conference spaces. Whether it's a corporate event, wedding, cocktail party or a busy restaurant service, you'll help create memorable guest experiences from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

- - Delivering friendly, genuine and engaging service to guests
- - Setting up and packing down event and dining spaces
- - Taking food and beverage orders
- - Serving food, cocktails, wine and beverages
- - Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards
- - Working collaboratively with kitchen, events and front-of-house teams
- - Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Ovolo brand

What we're looking for:

- - Previous hospitality,



restaurant, bar or event experience preferred
- - Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- - A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- - Current RSA certification
- - A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
