Job Description

Peko Peko Cafe in South Melbourne is seeking an experienced Pastrycook with solid pastry, baking and Asian-inspired dessert skills. You will join a busy kitchen, take responsibility for dessert and pastry preparation, and work closely with the Chef and General Manager.

The role requires expertise in Taiwanese and Asian dessert components, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to maintain clean, well-organised pastry stations.
