About the Role

n

This is a well-established, purpose-built aged care residence offering a high standard of accommodation and care within a calm, welcoming setting. The home is supported by strong systems, resources, and a collaborative leadership team.

n

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a well-established clinical team, including four Clinical Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance and team performance across the home.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead,



mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
n
- Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
n
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Ensure effective clinical governance, documentation, reporting and risk management
n
- Partner with the Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in aged care clinical leadership roles
n
- Experience in large-scale facilities (100+ beds) is essential
n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident using clinical systems, reporting tools and digital documentation
n
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care and building strong teams
n
