Transport for NSW is seeking a Customer & Data Support Officer to join the DRIVES Assurance team in Parramatta. You will resolve data irregularities, DRIVES anomalies and defect notices, while supporting the Common Expiry Date scheme to ensure a timely customer experience.

The role administers CAMS within DRIVES to manage access for high-risk transactions. Experience with vehicle registrations and licensing policies is essential, along with solid DRIVES knowledge.
