Bedrock Workforce are looking for experienced Shotcrete Operators for civil construction work across Sydney. If you’re confident shaping and finishing sprayed concrete, can keep up with a working crew and take pride in the result, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Shaping, trimming and finishing shotcrete to the required profile
- Screeding and detailing edges, corners and other difficult areas
- Working closely with sprayers to achieve a consistent finish
- Checking your work against site requirements and flagging any issues
- Looking after your tools and keeping the work area organised
- Working safely with the site team to keep the job moving

What you’ll need

- Hands-on experience finishing shotcrete
- A Construction White Card
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- The ability to manage the physical demands of site work
- A reliable approach and willingness to work as part of a team
