/n Williams-Sonoma & The Opportunity /n Williams Sonoma is a multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home. Our family of brands in Australia includes the well-known retailer’s west elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids & Williams-Sonoma. /n Our Fortitude Valley Stores are looking for Sales Merchandisers, also known as Visual Key Holders, to help create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will support the store team by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and helping lead the floor in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. /n We will be offering both fixed-term and permanent part-time opportunities, with 40 hours per fortnight on a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends. /n Why You Will Love Working With Us /n /n

/n /n What You Will Be Doing: /n /n

- Ensure the store upholds visual presentation, replenishment, cleanliness, safety,



and back-of-house standards to create an inviting shopping environment while showcasing our furniture and homewares through strategic merchandising.

/n

- Create unique and engaging experiences for customers by sharing your expertise and helping them enhance their homes, delivering exceptional customer service.

/n

- Assist with opening and closing procedures, register operations, and back-office tasks to provide operational support to the store management team, ensuring smooth store operations.

/n

- Use effective selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and achieve KPIs.

/n

- Create a positive and inclusive environment within a dynamic and supportive team.

/n /n What You Will Bring to the Role: /n /n

- 1–2 years’ retail or visual merchandising experience (preferred).

/n

- Strong eye for detail, layout, and brand presentation.

/n

- Great communication and leadership skills.

/n

- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work hands-on.

/n

- Flexible availability, including after-hours setups and peak trading periods.

/n /n Physical Requirements: /n /n

- Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods

/n

- Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards

/n

- Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
