We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist in product selection, and ensure the smooth operation of the showroom floor. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers are guided in choosing the perfect flooring options that align with their home style and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting flooring and rug solutions that best suit their home and design preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and expert advice on the various flooring options, including timber, laminate, vinyl, hybrid planks, and carpets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer queries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment.





Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within home decor, flooring, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and customer communication.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
