About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Health & Hygiene Sales Representative to join our team, specifically for washroom services.

- Pay: Base + Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission Structure
- Experience: Ideally experience in Washroom Sales
- Day of Work: Monday to Friday | Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week

Your focus will be to grow our customer base within the Health & Hygiene division. You will have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand. Have excellent problem solving and time management, plus demonstrated high level customer service skills. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

What you’ll Do

- Proactively pursue new business in a structured, focused & considered manner
- Developing and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week
- Demonstrating a keen passion to drive the business forward and continuing to grow
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
- Strive for improvementin operations whilst upholding a high level of safety at all times

What You’ll Bring

- Driven and ambitious, you love the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customers




- You are well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing by nature, you enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service
- Previous face-to-face selling experience - highly regarded
- You are motivated & love to work autonomously and you enjoy being part of a larger team
- You have a strong attention to detail; you are thorough and methodical in your approach
- You have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry
- Commit to JJ’s Waste values
- Have well-developed people and relationship skills
