Sales & Service Representative – PAN Spraybooths

About the Role

PAN Spraybooths is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing ongoing service and support for our spray booth products and solutions.

The successful candidate will combine solid sales skills with practical problem-solving and customer service abilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, coordinate service requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the automotive, industrial and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional product and service advice.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
- Conduct customer site visits to assess requirements and provide suitable spray booth solutions.
- Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Coordinate installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance of spray booth equipment.
- Work closely with technicians, suppliers and internal staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Diagnose customer issues and coordinate appropriate service solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and job information.
- Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates throughout the sales and service process.
- Identify opportunities for additional products, upgrades, servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure customers receive professional after-sales support.
- Keep up to date with PAN Spraybooths products, equipment, industry requirements and relevant regulations.
- Represent PAN Spraybooths professionally at customer sites,



trade events and industry meetings.
- Achieve agreed sales, customer service and business development targets.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or a technical/service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A skilled and confident approach when dealing with customers.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to understand technical products and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Experience in spray booths, automotive refinishing, automotive repair, industrial equipment, ventilation, mechanical services or a related industry would be highly regarded. What We Offer
