Every call our Learning Advisors take starts with a parent who's worried about their child. We're looking for a Team Leader who can build a team that handles those conversations properly, and hits the number while doing it.

The role

You’ll lead a team of 10–12 Learning Advisors taking inbound enquiries from parents and students. No cold calling - every lead is warm.

You'll own three things:

- The number. Your team's monthly targets for enrolments sold and started. An enrolment only counts once the student is in a lesson, so the job runs past the sale to making sure customers start. You'll manage pipeline, speed to contact and conversion, and use reporting to spot gaps and opportunities.
- The team. Stand-ups, weekly meetings, training, coaching and call reviews. Recruiting and developing your own advisors, and building an environment people want to be part of.
- The quality. Every enrolment accurate, ethical and compliant, and every family given the right advice for their child, including when the honest answer is that we're not the right fit.

What you'll bring





- At least 12 months’ leadership experience in phone-based, high-volume B2C sales
- A track record of hitting team targets, not just personal ones
- You genuinely enjoy coaching people, not just managing them
- Confident with data, reporting and CRM
- Calm under pressure, and happy to own your calls
