Sales & Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Alexandria | Bathroom & Tiles | $30–$35 per hour

Sydney Taps is a growing supplier and retailer of bathroom products and tiles, servicing new builds and renovations across Australia.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and well-presented person to join our team.

This is a hands-on hybrid role across warehouse, customer service and sales.

The Role

Everyone starts in warehouse and customer service. You will learn our products, stock, systems and processes before progressively taking on sales responsibilities.

Warehouse & Customer Service

- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Receiving and checking stock
- Loading and unloading products
- Assisting customers with collections and enquiries
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and safety
- Supporting showroom operations

As you progress into sales:
- Customer enquiries by phone and email
- Product selection and sales assistance
- Quotes and customer orders
- Order follow-up and after-sales support
- Ecommerce and administration

Progression is based on reliability, accuracy, product knowledge, customer service and demonstrated ability to work independently. This is a physical role. Manual handling is required,



including lifting products and tiles up to approximately 25kg. No forklift on site.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, warehousing or logistics is highly regarded.
