Coops Construction is a family-owned construction and earthworks business based in Oakey, QLD.

We specialise in mining maintenance for our regular mining clients and civil contracts for local government. We have a multi skilled workforce with several qualified tradesmen and certified Operators. We also offer all of our workers the chance to upskill whilst working on restricted sites and private clients.

About the Role

Work alongside a team of experienced operators and labourers using our ever-growing fleet and machinery. This Role would suit someone that enjoys multi tasking, diversity and adapting to client's needs daily. We are seeking someone that can not only offer the required skill to Sandblast and Spray Paint when required, but also to assist on our other job sites. This may include, labouring, operating and working well within a team environment.

This is the perfect role for you if you are an experienced Sandblaster/Spray Painting who is:

?physically fit





? able to work in a team environment

? respectful of teammates and are someone who has...

- a positive mindset
- attention to detail
- good communication skills

The ideal applicant will be confident and experienced in Sandblasting and Spray Painting. Other machinery qualifications or experience would be an advantage but not essential.
