We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Scheduling to lead scheduling governance, assurance and capability across a major infrastructure portfolio. This is a specialist leadership role suited to a senior Planning or Project Controls professional who combines deep Oracle Primavera P6 expertise with the ability to develop and uplift scheduling frameworks, standards and assurance practices across complex programs and portfolios.

Working closely with senior executives, Project Directors and delivery teams, you will provide oversight of portfolio-level scheduling performance, drive schedule quality and assurance, and deliver meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of scheduling frameworks, standards, governance and assurance practices
- Provide oversight of integrated master schedules across a large and complex project portfolio
- Drive schedule quality, compliance, assurance and change control processes
- Deliver portfolio-level reporting, analytics and executive insights
- Support project and program teams in establishing best-practice scheduling approaches
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across delivery,



project controls and executive leadership functions
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning, reporting and scheduling capability

About You To be successful, you will bring:

- Advanced Oracle Primavera P6 expertise across enterprise scheduling and integrated master schedules
- Significant experience in Planning, Scheduling or Project Controls leadership roles
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing scheduling governance, assurance and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of project controls disciplines, including schedule governance, compliance and performance reporting
- Experience working across major infrastructure, capital works or asset-intensive environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex scheduling data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders

Highly Regarded

- Energy, utilities, transmission or transport infrastructure experience
- Experience within a regulated or government delivery workplace
- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting, analytics or scheduling improvement initiatives
