Experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as training and support are offered. The ideal candidate will have a mature approach and be willing to provide a high quality of customer service to our clients.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to;

- Scheduling of our trades for installations.
- After-sales service.
- Assisting fellow team members when required.

To be successful in this position you must:

- Be extremely organized and effective
- Show initiative with a mature work ethic
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have a good sense of humour.
- Be customer focused.
- Pay very close attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
- Hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- Experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
