Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare materials for sampling and mixing chemicals for restoration jobs involving mould, water, fire, odour, crime scenes, hoarding, squalor, and biohazardous materials.
- Conduct and collect field tests samples and analyses, ensuring accurate results at on-site and off-site facilities, vehicles, and properties in line with company policies and customer requirements.
- Present results through detailed reports.
- Control the quality and quantity of restoration supplies by testing samples and monitoring usage.
- Participate in internal risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and ongoing training and development.
- Check, calibrate, and maintain test equipment to ensure optimal performance.




- Participate in the test and tag and maintenance of equipment to maintain high safety and meet critical standards.

Key Requirements:

- At least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree level of education qualification or equivalent work experience.

Physical fitness to handle the demanding nature of both laboratory and cleaning/restoration tasks.

- A robust attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and meet critical standards.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for reporting results and collaborating with team members and customers.
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred).
- Must have or be able to obtain a construction white card
- Ability to provide a Police Clearance and Blue Card.

Current Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus immunisation (or willingness to get vaccinated).

Desirable Experience

- Experience in field work including mould, water, fire, odour, biohazard restoration jobs.

IICRC accreditation (preferred, training available).
