To effectively lead, motivate, and support the production team to deliver consistent, high-quality manufacturing performance in line with business objectives and strategic goals. The role involves ensuring that production targets, efficiency, quality, and safety standards are achieved while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Assistant Shift Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, manage resources efficiently, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

- gEnsure all production activities, raw material consumption, and finished goods are accurately recorded in the ERP system Microsoft business central
- .Monitor production KPIs (output, OEE, waste, downtime) and provide real-time reporting
- .Validate and approve system transactions to ensure data accuracy for inventory and traceability

.Warehouse & Inventory Retur
