Paddington Medical Centre, a well-established and independently owned practice in Brisbane, is seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. If you’re looking for a rewarding casual role with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time position and want to be part of a supportive and welcoming practice, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

This casual or part-time position (approx. 20-25 hours per week) involves organising appointments, maintaining records, and performing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient running of the practice while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Previous experience in general practice (preferably 2 years+)

Good understanding of Medicare, DVA, Workcover, and private billing

Proficiency with medical software, ideally Best Practice





Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to use initiative

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and willingness to learn (training available for the right candidate)
