We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Casual Gaming Attendant to join the team at the Pastoral Hotel in Port Augusta .

The Role n

You will help create a welcoming, enjoyable and responsible gaming experience for our guests while supporting the broader hotel team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing friendly and attentive service within the gaming room;
n
- Assisting guests with gaming machines and loyalty programs;
n
- Processing payouts and completing cash-handling duties accurately;
n
- Monitoring the gaming room and maintaining responsible gambling practices;
n
- Ensuring all legislative, compliance and venue procedures are followed;
n
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable and well-presented gaming environment;
n
- Restocking refreshments and completing general gaming-room duties;
n
- Supporting bar and hotel operations when required; and
n
- Creating a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.

About You n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current RSA and relevant South Australian gaming qualifications;
n
- Previous gaming experience, preferably within a hotel environment;
n
- GFR Pro experience highly regarded;
n




- RP Badge advantageous;
n
- Robust customer-service and communication skills;
n
- Confidence handling cash and completing gaming transactions;
n
- A sound understanding of responsible gambling requirements;
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
n
- A positive, professional and practical approach; and
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
