AXR Recruitment & Search is seeking a senior finance leader to own global Record-to-Report standards across a multi-currency footprint. You will design the month-end close, implement controls, and govern R2R execution across offshore SSC and regional teams in a versatile, work-from-home setup.

You’ll drive end-to-end close, oversee continuous improvement, and act as the audit liaison, shaping the global R2R framework from the ground up.
