We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead our team at a new winery, opening in the coming months.

If so, we're on the hunt for a skilled & motivated Back of House leader to join our team at a new winery venue, just outside San Remo in beautiful regional Victoria.

n

This is an exciting hands-on leadership opportunity to showcase your skills and passion. This venue is a blank canvas, and you will have complete autonomy on menu design, ingredient sourcing and function. The winery will have a strong farm to table style offer, wood fired cooking techniques and seasonal produce as its corner stone. Working alongside our highly skills team serving seasonal house-made specialities and driving great customer focussed food.

What you'll bring:

n





Solid experience running a high-volume kitchen or similar venue

n

Exceptional understanding of seasonal produce practices and fine dining cuisine

n

A leader in food safety, people management & food trends

n

Solid attention to detail

n

Experience with baking and produce harvesting / pickling / bottling

n

A team-first attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure

n

Genuine passion for great food and great hospitality

n
