Projects: Commercial & Multi-Residential Project up to $200m
n Location: CBD Fringe
n Salary: $220,000 to $250,000 plus Super

n

Randstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne, best known for Commercial, Residential and Tower projects up to $200m.
n This builder is known for their creative approach and excellent workplace culture, and we're looking for an experienced Site Managers to help us deliver complex, high-quality projects.

n

Role:
n You will be employed to initially manage a $50m Non EBA, 8 level High End Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs. You will be supported by 2 x Supervisors, an experienced Project Manager and multiple Contract Administrators.
