Kinetic is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for Melbourne, on Collins Street, to support SkyBus and Kinetic customers. This 6-month fixed-term, part time role (20hrs/week, 3 days) invites a friendly, customer-focused professional to handle inquiries by phone, email and digital channels.

Visa considered for working holiday applicants. You’ll resolve issues promptly, coordinate with depot teams, and help identify trends to improve service quality.
