Job Description

Royal Brighton Yacht Club invites a proactive OTB & Training Coordinator to oversee daily training operations and the club’s OTB sailing activities. You will lead instructors, coordinate with the Boating Manager, and ensure safety, compliance, and program quality.

The role requires flexible weekend and public holiday availability, with a market-competitive salary plus superannuation. Australian Sailing Instructor or higher qualifications are essential to be considered.
