Apache Coatings is seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our growing industrial powder coating and blasting team.

This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day factory operations including product preparation, blasting, sanding, masking, hanging parts, packing orders, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment.

The successful applicant will:

- Assist with preparation and processing of steel products
- Support powder coating and production activities
- Operate safely within a busy industrial environment
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
- Work collaboratively within a production team

What we’re looking for:

- Robust work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Forklift licence highly regarded
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
