Assistant Manager – Oliveti

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead the front‑of‑house team at Oliveti, one of our flagship venues.

It's a hands‑on role, working closely with our Venue Manager on service standards, team development and daily operations. It'll suit someone who loves restaurants, knows their wine and enjoys building a strong team.

The Role

- Leading service on the floor and holding the standard
- Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations, openings and closings
- Training and mentoring the front‑of‑house team




- Stock control and ordering
- Handling guest feedback professionally
- Driving wine service and product knowledge across the team

About You

- 2+ years in a management role
- Robust restaurant service background and solid wine knowledge
- Calm under pressure, with a hands‑on, team‑first approach
- Current RSA and RP certificates
- Available evenings and weekends
