We're looking for a Project Site Supervisor to join our Sydney team, partnering with Project Managers to deliver Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand.

n

This isn't just about managing timelines and coordinating contractors. It's about building relationships, bringing stakeholders together, solving problems, and keeping projects moving towards successful outcomes.

You'll be the key connection point between contractors, builders, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What You'll Do n

n
- Coordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand
n
- Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects from installation through to handover
n
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, hospital representatives, and internal teams
n
- Act as the go-to person on-site, resolving issues and keeping communication flowing
n
- Track project progress, manage risks,



and help ensure deadlines are met
n
- Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning activities
n
- Support smooth project delivery while creating a positive experience for customers and stakeholders
n

What You'll Bring nn
- Experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, fit-outs, construction works, or contractor-led activities
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
n
- Experience managing project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout Australia and Recent Zealand
n
