Job Description

Robinsons Bookshop in Victoria is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial administration across a multi-site operation. This is a genuine bookkeeping role, not data-entry, and you’ll work closely with management to keep records accurate, timely and reliable.

You’ll handle multi-site banking, supplier reconciliations, cash-flow reporting and Excel-based schedules, using Xero as the core system and Excel for analysis.
