Job Description

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Mentor Coordinator for Boronia and surrounding services. You will lead a team of Educators and oversee a lively before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12, while managing rosters, operations and compliance. The role is part time with split shifts and strong regional support.

You will guide program activities (STEM, sports, arts), support team growth, and benefit from paid training, parental leave and staff discounts.
