About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Security & Logistics Manager to lead security, operational and logistics functions across a complex, public-facing environment in Parramatta.

This is a senior operational role with a strong focus on security leadership, while also overseeing logistics, emergency management, contractors, operational systems and 24/7 operations.

You will lead a team of security supervisors and operational staff, work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers, and play an important role in supporting the ongoing development of a major new precinct.

Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day security operations, including CCTV, access control, incident management and security governance.

- Manage emergency preparedness and response, including emergency planning, exercises and Chief Warden responsibilities.

- Lead and support security supervisors and operational teams, including workforce planning and service delivery.

- Oversee contracted security and logistics providers, including performance, compliance and contract management.

- Manage loading dock, fleet, contractor access and material movement operations.

- Oversee security and operational technology systems, including CCTV, access control and logistics platforms.

- Develop and maintain security, emergency management, risk and operational procedures.

- Manage budgets, reporting,



compliance and operational performance.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to deliver a safe, secure and positive customer experience.

About You

We are looking for an experienced security leader who is confident managing people, contractors and complex operations.

You Will Ideally Bring

- 5-10 years' experience leading security operations in a complex environment.

- Experience managing 24/7 or multi-site operations.

- Strong experience in security operations, emergency management and incident response.

- Experience managing security contracts, guarding services and external providers.

- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and security technology.

- Experience managing teams and operational workforces.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills.

- Experience with logistics, loading dock, fleet or facilities operations will be highly regarded.

- Background in environments such as government, hospitals, universities, airports, stadiums, cultural institutions, major venues or large commercial precincts will be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements

You must hold all three of the following current NSW Security Licences:

- Class 1A

- Class 1C

- Class 1E

Candidates who do not hold all three licences will not be considered.
