Due to continued company growth and an expanding portfolio of clients and events, we currently have multiple positions available across Victoria.

Current Opportunities

We are recruiting Security Officers and Crowd Controllers for:

- Event Security
- Crowd Control
- Shopping Centres
- Corporate & Commercial Security
- Gatehouse Security
- Concierge Services
- Mobile Patrols
- Control Room Operations

Positions are available across Melbourne CBD, metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, with a variety of weekday, weekend, daytime and evening shifts available. We are looking for reliable, well-presented and professional individuals who take pride in their work, have strong customer service skills and can work effectively as part of a team.

Prerequisites to Apply

Applicants should have

1. A strong work ethic and professional attitude.
2. A current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence with the relevant security activities, including Crowd Controller for applicable roles.
3. A current Australian Driver Licence for mobile patrol and driving-related positions.
4. Current Provide First Aid certification (HLTAID011).
5. Control Room Operator qualifications/licensing for relevant positions.
6. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage different situations calmly and professionally.
8. A high level of reliability, punctuality,



self-discipline and professional conduct.
9. Previous security, hospitality, customer service or major event experience will be highly regarded.
10. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays depending on operational requirements.
