About the Role

As a Security Officer, you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing 24/7 in office security coverage. Your responsibilities will span across:

- Control Room Operations – Monitor CCTV, manage access control, respond to alarms, and coordinate incident communications.
- Physical Security – Conduct patrols, lock-ups and safety checks.
- Shipment Escort Duties – Ensure secure transportation of high-value products off-site.

You’ll also be the first responder in emergencies, administer first aid, and uphold our safety and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

You'll be someone aligned to our EB values, People Matter, Transformation Matters and Outcomes Matter and will demonstrate the following essentialqualifications, knowledge and attributes:

- Security Guard Licence or experience in the Security industry and ability to gain Security Guard Licence.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant or security environments
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work rotating shift work (Day/Night Roster).

Desirable:





- Level 3 First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Security Guarding (including Monitoring Room Operator)
- ASIC Security Card
- HR Truck Licence

- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
- Strong and friendly communicator
- Team player
