The Opportunity

Our client is growing their Sydney team and seeking a Senior Account & Business Development Executive who is driven by building strong relationships and enabling client success.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with senior leadership to influence and execute business strategy.
- Develop and sustain long term, trust-based client partnerships.
- Drive new business growth across the Telco and IT sectors.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
- Lead and manage tender submissions, including RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs.

- Demonstrated success in business development, account management,



or sales within professional services.
- Established network and deep understanding of the Telco and/or IT sector.
- Consultative sales style with proven ability to engage, influence, and close.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
