Labourforce are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our team for upcoming opportunities across Perth.

About the role:

- Monday - Friday work, with opportunities for additional days depending on the role
- AM and PM shifts available across different sites
- Various warehouse and distribution environments
- High Reach forklift operation, including putaways, replenishments, pallet movements and racking
- General warehouse duties as required
- Opportunities for ongoing and temp-to-permanent work depending on the position
- Competitive hourly rates depending on the role and experience

You will need:

- Unlimited working rights in Australia - essential
- Proven High Reach forklift experience - essential
- Recent experience operating a High Reach forklift in Australia
- Current LF forklift licence
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution centre




- Ability to safely operate a forklift around pedestrians and other warehouse equipment
- Experience with RF scanners and/or warehouse systems is advantageous
- Valuable understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Ability to work to KPIs and meet productivity targets
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Physically fit and able to perform general warehouse duties when required
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
