Full-time or Part-time | $110,000 – $120,000 + super

The Role - The Opportunity

At ABA, we go beyond the numbers. We run two dedicated client teams, each built the same way: a Client Advisor, Senior Accountants, Accountants, SMSF Accountants, Bookkeepers and a designated Client Service Administrator. You'll be a Senior Accountant in one of them. You'll manage a portfolio of SME and established family business clients and be trusted with each relationship from end to end, while mentoring the Accountants and working closely with the Client Advisor. With a dedicated administrator handling client coordination, you can focus on the technical work and the conversations that matter.

What You’ll Bring

- 4+ years' experience in public practice, ideally with exposure to both compliance and advisory work
- While a CA or CPA qualification is welcomed, we're equally interested in candidates who bring proven accounting experience, sound technical knowledge and a collaborative leadership approach
- Confidence in client conversations — you'll be trusted with real relationships
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
