Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform .
- Build and maintain Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, integrations, and data models.
- Develop and deploy Appian RPA solutions to automate business processes across banking operations.
- Implement AI Agentic solutions to support intelligent decision-making, workflow orchestration, and autonomous business processes.
- Deliver Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for automated extraction, classification, validation, and processing of financial documents.
- Integrate Appian with banking platforms, APIs, core systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and performance tuning activities.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership within Agile delivery teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Appian best practices and standards.
