Adelaide Cosmetic & Laser Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Beauty & Laser Therapist/Manager to join our team in North Adelaide. This is a part-time position that offers the perfect opportunity for a talented beauty professional to take on a more senior role within our growing clinic.

As Senior

Beauty & Laser Therapist/Manager, you will combine hands-on therapeutic expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing treatment delivery, staff coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of client care. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in cosmetic and laser treatments whilst fostering a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality beauty and laser treatments to clients, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Manage client consultations, assess individual needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's goals
- Oversee and coordinate the work of junior therapists, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to support their career development
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant health regulations
- Monitor stock levels of beauty and laser products, equipment maintenance, and report any technical issues to management
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support at every visit
- Assist with scheduling and rostering to optimise clinic operations and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- Communicate effectively with clinic management regarding client feedback, treatment outcomes,



and any concerns or improvements needed
- Support the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures to maintain service quality and safety standards

What we're looking for

- Relevant beauty therapy or laser therapy qualifications and certifications, with formal training in laser safety and operation
- Experience as a beauty or laser therapist, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of cosmetic and laser treatments, including facial treatments, body treatments, hair removal, and skin rejuvenation therapies
- Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring junior staff in a therapeutic or beauty environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Ability to work flexibly in a part-time capacity, with reliability and punctuality
- Desirable: experience with salon or clinic management systems, basic business understanding, or additional qualifications in aesthetics or dermatology
