About the role:

The Senior Business System Improvement Analyst role is to drive system, process and data analytics improvements for Infrastructure Delivery. This position will be responsible for leading the execution of a multitude of business system improvement initiatives which includes: development, UAT, enhancement and maintenance of IT applications and solutions; ensuring ID digital workflows are optimised to match process requirements; data analytics and security management; performing proactive change control and end user training; and enabling benefits realisation for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business process improvement initiatives, using process mapping, LEAN principles and best-practice methodologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and embed sustainable improvements across project delivery.
- Enhance business systems and automation by developing workflows and system solutions, while partnering with key stakeholders to improve system integration, data flow and functionality.
- Develop reports, dashboards and performance insights that translate operational and system data into meaningful information to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support quality, compliance and data integrity by maintaining process documentation and controls, monitoring system data quality, and contributing to internal and external audits and certification requirements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improvement initiatives, resolve complex system issues, identify technology opportunities, manage change, and provide training and support to build capability.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, with qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, auditing or change management viewed favourably.
- Significant experience in business systems improvement, ideally within infrastructure or a similar complex setting, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes, systems and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, process mapping and data analysis, with the ability to identify root causes, develop improvement opportunities and successfully lead business improvement initiatives.
- Strong systems and reporting capability, with experience using business applications and analytical tools such as SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, Excel and Visio to analyse data, develop reporting and improve business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, translate business requirements into practical solutions, and develop procedures, templates and other documentation to support sustainable change.
