About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Brand & Marketing Specialist to help lead the development, protection and promotion of Ochre Health Group brands across our growing organisation.

This is a broad hands-on marketing, design and content role, for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with delivery. You will work across campaigns, content, design, recruitment marketing, new business integration and local practice marketing while helping ensure Ochre Health Group brands are represented consistently and professionally across every touchpoint.

You will partner across the business including Recruitment, Operations, Acquisitions and Clinical teams. One day you might be developing a digital recruitment campaign or refining a brand toolkit. The next you could be supporting the launch of a new medical centre, creating marketing collateral or developing materials for conferences and events.

Key responsibilities

- Help develop, implement and maintain Ochre's brand guidelines and brand assets

- Transform how we deliver branded templates, toolkits and resources that enable teams across the organisation

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social and print channels

- Develop high-quality collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, EDMs and event materials

- Coordinate photography, video and other content for Ochre's digital channels

- Partner with our recruitment team on campaigns and brand activity designed to attract GPs

- Support the integration of newly acquired practices and businesses into the Ochre Health Group

- Develop marketing and communication approaches for new practices, services and business initiatives

- Report return on investment for marketing activities

About you

- 7 years experience in design, brand, creative or content within a marketing team

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

- Strong knowledge of Canva





- Demonstrated design capability and an excellent eye for detail

- Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and template development

- Experience managing content across social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn

- Experience managing website content through a CMS such as WordPress, including coordinating content across multiple sites or locations

- Experience with managing branding, exhibition materials, signage, collateral and event-related marketing

- Excellent project management and organisational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders

- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, business, digital media, brand, design or a related discipline.
